This event will start with an opening yoga class with Marissa (& DJ set by Rose Dayal). We will move seamlessly into a dance with Heather.
After the dance we will have a short integration and then time to talk and connect with community.
We encourage you to arrive by 7 and stay until the closing for the full journey and experience, but you are welcome to arrive anytime.

7-8 pm - Yoga with Marissa (Live DJ set by Rose)
8-10 pm - Heather Christie featuring Vir McCoy on Live instrumentation
10 pm - Sound Healing & Integration
10:15 - 11:00 - mingle & connect

DANCE GUIDELINES:
THE DANCE FLOOR IS A SACRED SPACE.
1. We Dance Barefoot
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK).
2. We Dance Without Words
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State.
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators.
No Talking from the Dancers.
3. We Dance As We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol
This is an inclusive space. All are welcome. We welcome any and all feedback on how to continue creating safe and inclusive spaces. Please reach out if finances would prevent you from attending. Limited work trade options available. Please message Rose Dayal.
